Q - How much does the Maximms application cost?
There is a basic set up and support cost for Maximms. This essentially provides basic application training either directly or via the internet and 12 months technical support. The cost for set up, license and support is £995+vat. There is also a per message cost which works out to be less than the cost of sending a letter in the UK.
Q - How do I pay for Maximms campaigns?
For campaigns you can purchase blocks of messages upfront and then use them as you wish over the next 12 months. Alternatively you may pay-as-you-go via invoicing once your credit rating and a deposit are approved. Maximms operates on strict 14 day payment terms.
Q - Are there any other applications for Scalable Multimedia Mobile Marketing?
The Maximms application is totally unique to the market. Maximms has been designed to enable businesses and agencies to create bespoke content and manage individual campaigns through a set of advanced online tools.
Q - Are there other solutions to Maximms for driving mobile messaging campaigns?
A number of companies offer expensive managed services where they create the content and manage the campaign. In these instances they are dependent on manual processes and outsourced information to demonstrate performance statistics and client value.
Q - Does Maximms offer a managed service?
Maximms provides an advanced service for clients wishing to outsource campaign management (e.g. time or resource constrained). We use the same Maximms application and provide a transparent interface for clients to review statistics and measure value.
Q - Can you mix SMS and MMS campaigns within Maximms?
Messages can be developed through the Maximms application as either text, multimedia or a combination of the two. Maximms is unique in that campaigns can run across multiple types of messages.
Q - Is Mobile Marketing important?

Q - Is it possible to charge recipients to receive messages via Maximms?

The Maximms application is transparent and contains a feature enabling full reporting to clients driving campaigns. Clients may analyse this data at anytime online.

Maximms provides API’s and integration services that enable integration into leading enterprise applications.
Q - Can we Re-use past Maximms campaigns?
All campaigns and campaign elements including templates and content can be stored in an online data vault or digital asset bank in your secure area. If needed you may pick these up an apply them again as needed.
Q - Does Maximms work on all UK networks?
Maximms provides a communication gateway to all UK mobile phone operators and virtual mobile operators to ensure campaigns can be executed across all recognized networks.
Q - Does Maximms work on International Networks?
Maximms is network agnostic. We are developing International/foreign language versions of the applications and developing partnerships with International/In-country service providers.
Q - Are Maximms messages forwardable?
We live in a viral digital world and viral marketing should be expected. Maximms messages are often forwarded however unfortunately (although free) we do not have the ability to track these messages for statistical analysis.
Q - How long does it take to create a Maximms campaign?
Maximms is a point and click, drag and drop application. The rich features enable even the novice to create dynamic campaigns within an hour. The actual digital content or payload may take longer depending on whether it is video, animation etc.
Q - Can Maximms campaigns be sequenced, timed and programmed to be sent?
All Maximms campaigns can be developed completely or in stages to sequence, time and automate the sending of messages. This is an excellent feature if you are building up to a product launch, providing special offers or driving a key event.
Q - What sort of campaign messages can I send through the Maximms?
Maximms is scalable to send by message type. Payloads can be simple plain texts or advanced labeled texts, branded texts and multimedia advertisements. Any combination of these can make up a complete campaign.
Q - Is Maximms scalable by volume?
You can send any type and any volume single, group or bulk from 1 to 1,000,000 and combine these as part of your campaign.
Q - Is there an option to unsubscribe from messages?
Recipients will normally receive an unsubscribe option as part of their delivered message.
